Terms and Conditions GoldenRoo Casino
Last updated: 30.09.2026
1. Introduction
Your access to goldenroo-casino.net (the “Website”) and use of its related or connected services are subject to these terms and conditions and the documents referred to below (the “Terms”). The Website and those services are collectively referred to as the “Service”.
These Terms create a binding legal agreement between us and you as our customer (the “Customer”). They explain your rights and obligations when using the Website, so you should review them thoroughly. Accessing the Service and/or using the Website signifies your agreement to the Terms, including amendments that may be published from time to time. This applies equally to guests and registered users with an account (“Account”). Anyone who does not accept the Terms must refrain from using the Website and accessing the Service.
Tusitier LTD owns the Service. It is a limited liability company registered in the Marshall Islands, company registration number 137952, whose registered office is at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960 (the “Company”). It holds a licence in the State of Anjouan pursuant to the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005: Licence No. ALSI 202505043-FI2.
2. General Terms
The Terms and the documents referenced or linked below may be revised by us whenever we choose. Please check this page periodically for updates. Publication on the Website makes an amendment immediately effective and binding. You must discontinue the Service at once if you object to the revised wording. By continuing to use the Website once a revision has been posted, you agree to comply with the revised Terms. Where a bet has not been settled before new Terms take effect, the earlier Terms will apply to that bet.
3. Your Obligations
The following acknowledgements apply throughout your access to the Website and use of the Service:
3.1. You confirm that you are over 18 or have reached the age at which gambling or gaming is lawful under the jurisdiction and laws that apply to you. Proof-of-age documentation may be requested by us at any point.
3.2. You must possess the legal capacity needed to form an enforceable agreement with us. Without it, you are not permitted to use either the Website or the Service.
3.3. Your jurisdiction of residence permits gambling, and you do not reside in a country where residents or people present in that country are prohibited from accessing online gambling. The duty to establish that using the Service is legal rests solely with you.
3.4. Concealing or manipulating your true location through a VPN, proxy, or similar device or service is not allowed.
3.5. Any payment method used by you must be one you are authorised to use.
3.6. You undertake to pay us in good faith. Neither attempts to undo a payment nor steps that result in its reversal by another party are permitted.
3.7. Under these Terms, bets can cause you to lose part or all of the funds you have deposited with the Service. Such losses are your responsibility in full.
3.8. Information acquired contrary to legislation in force in the country where you were situated at the time of a bet must not be used to place that bet.
3.9. Your participation is personal and private, solely on your own behalf. You are not representing anyone else or using the Service for a commercial purpose.
3.10. Attempts to manipulate a market or any Service component dishonestly, or in a manner detrimental to our integrity or that of the Service, are forbidden.
3.11. Good faith is required in all your dealings with us and the Service, including every wager you submit.
3.12. You confirm that you are not an Affiliate registered in our Affiliate programme. Where applicable, the same must be true of your employees, employers, agents, and family members.
4. Restricted Use
4.1. You are prohibited from using the Service:
4.1.1. While under 18 or below the age of majority set by your applicable jurisdiction; while lacking legal ability to enter into a binding contract with us; or when representing or otherwise acting for a person under 18 or below that applicable age of majority.
4.1.2. While resident in a country that forbids online gambling access for residents or for anyone within its borders.
4.1.3. If your residence or the location from which you access the Website is one of these Restricted Countries or jurisdictions:
- Austria;
- France, including its territories;
- Germany;
- the Netherlands, including its territories;
- Spain;
- the Union of Comoros;
- the United Kingdom;
- the USA, including its territories;
- every FATF-blacklisted country;
- any additional jurisdiction considered prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
4.1.4. For obtaining other Customers’ nicknames, email addresses, or other details by any method. This includes sending spam or other unsolicited emails and framing or linking to the Service without authorisation.
4.1.5. For interference with other Customers’ activities, or for disruption or undue influence over those activities or the Service’s operation generally.
4.1.6. For promoting unsolicited advertisements of a commercial nature, affiliate links, or any other solicitation. We may take down such material without giving notice.
4.1.7. In circumstances that, in our reasonable judgement, amount to an attempt either (i) to cheat the Service or one of its Customers, or (ii) to work in collusion with another Customer to gain a dishonest advantage.
4.1.8. For extracting our odds by scraping or breaching our Intellectual Property Rights.
4.1.9. For any purpose that is unlawful.
4.2. Account sales and transfers to third parties are not permitted. You must also refrain from acquiring a player account belonging to a third party.
4.3. Moving money from one player account to another is not allowed, whatever the method.
4.4. Unauthorised use of the Service entitles us to end your Account immediately upon written notice to you. Depending on the circumstances, legal action may follow as well.
4.5. Real-money participation is NOT allowed for employees of the Company or its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, other agencies, media partners, contractors, or retailers, nor for their immediate families, without advance approval from the Company Director or CEO. Discovery of such participation will result in immediate termination of the account or accounts and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
5. Registration
Your use of the Service is at all times subject to your agreement with these registration conditions:
5.1. Acceptance of an application is entirely at our discretion. We may turn down any applicant and are not obliged to state a particular reason.
5.2. Before participating, you must fill out the registration form yourself, read these Terms, and accept them. To place bets or obtain a withdrawal of winnings, you may first have to complete checks to become a verified Customer. We can require valid evidence of identity and other documents we deem necessary. These may include, among other things, a copy of photographic identification such as a passport, driving licence, or national ID card, plus a recent utility bill bearing your name and address to demonstrate residence. Wagering may be put on hold and Account features restricted until we receive the requested material. The verification process reflects applicable gambling regulation and anti-money laundering law. Funding your Service Account is also required, using the options shown in the payment section of the Website.
5.3. The contact details you submit must be correct and must include a working email address, known as your “Registered Email Address”. You must update your Account whenever those details change. Neglecting this duty can prevent you from receiving important Account information and notices, including changes to these Terms. Customer identification and correspondence take place through the Registered Email Address. Maintaining an active and unique email account, supplying its correct address, and informing the Company of changes are all your responsibility. You must safeguard that email account so that others cannot use it. We bear no responsibility for alleged or actual damage or loss arising from correspondence between the Company and a Customer through the Registered Email Address. An Account whose Customer cannot be reached by email will be suspended until an accessible address is provided. Deliberately supplying incorrect or false personal information will lead to immediate Account suspension by written notice. We may additionally commence legal proceedings in appropriate circumstances and/or notify competent authorities, which may take their own action.
5.4. You may hold only one registered Account with the Service. Discovery of multiple registrations can result in immediate Account closure. Registrations through relatives, representatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, or any third party working on your behalf are included in this rule.
5.5. Additional personal information, for example your given name and surname, may be requested to confirm your identity and financial worthiness. We may instead or additionally use any third-party information provider we consider necessary. We will notify you of any extra personal information obtained from those outside sources.
5.6. Keep your password secret. If the Account credentials requested are supplied correctly, we are entitled to regard the corresponding wagers, deposits, and withdrawals as transactions made by you. Regular password changes and non-disclosure to others are advised. You bear all risks and costs of failing to protect your password. Logging out at the end of a session is available to you. Contact us immediately if you suspect misuse of Account information, unauthorised intrusion into the Account, or disclosure of your password to someone else. A hacked Registered Email Address must also be reported. We may need further documents or information to verify who you are. Your Account will be suspended immediately once the incident comes to our attention. In the intervening period, every action on the Account remains your responsibility, including access by others with or without your permission.
5.7. Screenshots and comparable methods must not be used to send Service information or content to another Customer or any other person. You must not frame that material or show it in any form that differs from the display the recipient would see after entering the Service’s URL in a browser.
5.8. Once registered, you can use the currencies available on the Website for deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed and matched within the Service, as provided in these Terms. A payment method may not process every currency. If it does not, the page will identify the currency used for processing and provide a conversion calculator.
5.9. Our sign-up page constitutes an invitation to treat, rather than an obligation to establish an Account. Opening an Account is a matter for our sole discretion, and we need not justify a decision not to open one.
5.10. We may follow up on a submitted application to obtain further documentation and/or information needed for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
6. Your Account
6.1. Where an Account operates in multiple currencies, the balances and transactions shown correspond to the currency of the transaction concerned.
6.2. No credit is provided for participation in the Service.
6.3. Actual non-compliance with these Terms, a reasonable belief of non-compliance, protection of fairness or integrity within the Service, or other reasonable grounds may lead us to suspend or close your Account. We cannot always provide notice beforehand. Where a breach of the Terms causes closure or suspension, your bets may be cancelled and/or voided and money held in the Account, including the deposit, may be withheld.
6.4. We retain the option to suspend or close an Account without notifying you first and to return all its funds. Contractual commitments that have already matured will still be honoured.
6.5. We can decline, restrict, limit, or cancel any bet at any point for any reason. In particular, this power covers wagers we perceive as fraudulent attempts to get around our betting limits or system regulations.
6.6. An erroneous credit does not become your property. It remains ours, and we will inform you and debit the amount when the error is identified.
6.7. Any overdraft on the Account, regardless of how it arises, is a debt you owe us equal to the overdrawn sum.
6.8. Tell us about an Account mistake immediately upon becoming aware of it.
6.9. Gambling should serve only as a form of pleasure and entertainment. Stop playing when it stops being fun, and never stake an amount you cannot afford to lose. Self-exclusion is available if you feel you may have lost control of your gambling. Using your Registered Email Address, write to Customer Support and state that you want to SELF-EXCLUDE. We will implement the request within 24 hours of receiving it. The Account will stay disabled until you give further notice, and login will not be possible during that period.
6.10. Your Account cannot be assigned to another person by sale, transfer, or pledge. No asset of value associated with it may be transferred, including, without limitation, ownership of the Account, winnings, deposits, wagers, and related rights or claims of a legal, commercial, or other nature. The restriction encompasses, but is not limited to, encumbrances, pledges, assignments, usufruct, trading, brokerage, hypothecation, and gifts in any manner or form, including through cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural person, legal person, foundation, or association.
6.11. An Account closure request should be emailed to Customer Support via the Website’s links, using your Registered Email Address.
7. Deposit of Funds
7.1. Use only an account, payment system, or credit card held in your own name to make a deposit. If funds are deposited in another currency, conversion will take place at the daily exchange rate supplied by oanda.com or the current rate of our bank or payment processor before the resulting amount is credited to your Account. Additional currency exchange charges imposed by a payment system will be taken from the deposited sum.
7.2. The Website sets out any fees and charges applicable to deposits or withdrawals. In most instances, we pay the transaction charges for deposits into GoldenRoo Casino. Charges levied by your own bank in connection with a deposit are for you to pay.
7.3. We use external electronic payment processors for credit and debit card funding because the Company is not a financial institution and does not directly process those deposits. Credit to the Account depends on receiving both approval and an authorisation code from the institution issuing the payment. Without the card issuer’s authorisation, the deposit will not be added to your balance.
7.4. You undertake to settle all sums and fees payable to us or payment providers for use of the Service. Deposits must not be charged back, renounced, cancelled, or reversed in any other way. A reversal requires you to repay the unpaid deposit and compensate us for the expenses of collecting it. Any winnings generated from wagering with charged-back funds are forfeited. Your player Account is not a banking account. It is neither guaranteed nor insured nor otherwise protected by deposit or banking insurance, or by a comparable insurance arrangement in any jurisdiction, including the jurisdiction where you live. No interest accrues on the money in it.
7.5. Entering a bonus code with a deposit to take up a promotional or bonus offer binds you to the Terms of Bonuses and to the individual offer’s terms.
7.6. Money arising from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorised activity must never be deposited with us.
7.7. For credit card deposits, retaining a copy of the Transaction Records and a copy of these Terms is recommended.
7.8. You must know the laws on internet gambling in your country of domicile. Where internet gambling is illegal in your location, you have no authorisation to fund this Website with your payment card.
8. Withdrawal of Funds
8.1. A withdrawal request submitted under our withdrawal conditions allows you to take out cleared money in your player Account that has not been used. The minimum for a single withdrawal is €10, or the corresponding amount in another currency. On Account closure, however, the whole balance may be withdrawn regardless of that minimum.
8.2. Wagering the deposit at least 1 time removes withdrawal commissions. If that turnover has not been met, we are entitled to apply an anti-money laundering fee of 8%, subject to a minimum of €4 or its equivalent in the Account currency.
8.3. Approval of a withdrawal may depend on identity checks. These can include photo ID, proof of address, a requested selfie, a verification call, or other verification procedures. Our right to check identity also applies at any stage of your relationship with us.
8.4. The original funding destination must be used for a withdrawal: the same debit or credit card, bank account, or other payment method used to deposit. We may make an exception at our discretion and allow a method different from the deposit source. Every such exception requires additional security verification.
8.5. Customer Service should be contacted for withdrawal assistance if you cannot access your Account or it is dormant, locked, or closed.
8.6. A balance equal to or greater than 10 times your total deposits is subject to a monthly withdrawal cap of €5,000 or its currency equivalent. Otherwise, withdrawals are capped at €10,000 per month.
8.7. Successful withdrawal or refund processing cannot be assured where you have violated the Restricted Use policy in Clauses 3.3 and 4.
9. Payment Transactions and Processors
9.1. All money due to us is your responsibility to pay. You must pay honestly and must not reverse payments, attempt reversals, or bring about third-party reversals to escape a liability properly incurred. Any charge-back, refusal of payment, or reversal you make must be reimbursed, as must the losses we suffer because of it. A further administration charge of €50, or the equivalent amount in another currency, may be applied to each charge-back, payment denial, or reversal.
9.2. Payments may be processed on our behalf by external electronic payment processors and/or merchant banks. Their terms bind you where we have made those terms known to you and they are consistent with these Terms.
9.3. To detect and prevent money laundering or terrorism financing, transactions performed on the Website may be checked. The relevant authority will be notified of suspicious transactions.
10. Errors
10.1. All bets are void if a system or process error or malfunction occurs. You must report an error in the Service immediately once you notice it. Where communication failures, system errors, bugs, or viruses affect the Service, and/or you receive payment because of a defect or mistake in it, neither you nor a third party may hold us liable for the resulting direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses, or claims. We retain the right to invalidate every game or bet concerned and to take other corrective measures.
10.2. Although we work to avoid mistakes in published bookmaker lines, human mistakes or system issues may occur. If these result in acceptance of a wager at odds substantially different from the market generally when the wager was submitted, or obviously wrong given the probability of the event at that time, we may void or cancel it. A wager submitted after the event has started may also be cancelled or voided.
10.3. Account corrections and recovery of overpaid sums are within our rights. An incorrect price or wrongly recorded event result are examples of errors requiring correction. If your available balance cannot cover an amount owed in connection with an erroneous bet or wager, we may require you to pay the outstanding sum. Any pending play may accordingly be reduced, removed, or cancelled, including plays funded independently of the error.
11. Rules of Play, Refunds and Cancellations
11.1. Settlement of an event fixes its winner as of that date. Decisions subject to protest or reversal will not be recognised for betting purposes.
11.2. A result is final 72 hours after it is posted, and questions raised beyond that point will not be entertained. In the first 72 hours, a result may be reset or amended only to address a human or system error or a mistake made by the referenced results provider.
11.3. All money will be returned if the governing body reverses a match result, for whatever reason, within the payout period.
11.4. If a game ends level and a draw selection was offered, stakes placed on either a team’s victory or defeat are losing stakes. When no draw selection was offered, a drawn match produces a refund for everyone. Extra time, if played, is included where the draw option was unavailable.
11.5. We may choose to declare an event’s wagers invalid and return the stakes if its result cannot be verified. An example is an interrupted broadcast feed with no alternative source available to confirm the outcome.
11.6. Stake minimums and maximums for all events are set by us and may be revised without advance written notification. We may also alter the limits applicable to a particular Account.
11.7. Responsibility for each Account transaction belongs solely to the Customer, and a finished transaction cannot be altered. We assume no responsibility for a Customer’s missing or repeated wagers and will not accept discrepancy requests relating to an omitted or duplicated play. The My Account area allows Customers to review activity after each session and check that every requested wager was accepted.
11.8. Provided the two competing teams are correct, the matchup’s wagers stand regardless of the League label used on the Website.
11.9. Published eSport schedules are for guidance; their start dates and times are not guaranteed. A match that is postponed or suspended and fails to resume within 72 hours of the actual scheduled starting time will have no action, and its wagers will be returned. Tournament progression bets and tournament winner bets on a team or player are exceptions: they continue to stand despite the postponement or suspension of a match.
11.10. An event shown with the wrong date remains subject to valid wagers on the date announced by its governing body.
11.11. Choosing to field stand-ins is the team’s own decision, so their participation does not invalidate the result.
11.12. Events, betting markets, and other Website products may be removed at the Company’s discretion.
11.13. For the full explanation of sports betting provisions, see the separate SPORTS BETTING RULES page.
12. Communications and Notices
12.1. Use the Website’s Customer Support form for all notices and other communications you send us under these Terms.
12.2. Our notices and communications under the Terms will, unless another provision says otherwise, appear on the Website and/or be emailed to the Registered Email Address recorded for the relevant Customer. We alone choose which communication method to use.
12.3. Correspondence and notices under these Terms in either direction must be in written English and must go to and from the Registered Email Address on your Account.
12.4. Occasional emails may contain information about betting, special promotional offers, or other information. Accepting the Terms during sign-up provides your agreement to receive them. To stop receiving promotional offerings, you can submit an opt-out request to Customer Support whenever you wish.
13. Matters Beyond Our Control
A Force Majeure event excuses any failure or delay by us in supplying the Service where the event could reasonably be viewed as outside our control despite reasonable precautions. Such events include an act of God, an industrial or trade dispute, loss of power, an act, failure, or omission by a government or authority, an obstruction or breakdown of telecommunications, or another failure or delay attributable to a third party. We will not be liable for losses or damage you suffer as a result. We may suspend or cancel the Service in response to such an event without incurring liability.
14. Liability
14.1. AS FAR AS APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS, REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CAUSED BY OUR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED UNLESS A LEGALLY IMPOSED DUTY HAS BEEN BREACHED BY US, INCLUDING WHERE OUR NEGLIGENCE CAUSES DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY. IN THAT SITUATION, LIABILITY WILL STILL NOT ARISE IF THE FAILURE IS DUE TO: (I) FAULT ON YOUR PART; (II) A THIRD PARTY WITH NO CONNECTION TO OUR PERFORMANCE OF THE TERMS, INCLUDING PROBLEMS WITH NETWORK PERFORMANCE, CONGESTION, CONNECTIONS, OR THE OPERATION OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT; OR (III) AN EVENT THAT WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS COULD NEITHER FORESEE NOR PREVENT EVEN BY EXERCISING REASONABLE CARE. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR CONSUMERS, NO BUSINESS LOSS OF ANY KIND IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
14.2. SHOULD LIABILITY BE ESTABLISHED AGAINST US FOR AN EVENT UNDER THESE TERMS, THE COMBINED TOTAL OF OUR LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TERMS CANNOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF BETS AND/OR WAGERS MADE THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT CONCERNING THE BET, WAGER, OR PRODUCT THAT CAUSED THE LIABILITY, AND (B) AN AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF EUR €500.
14.3. BEFORE PARTICIPATING, YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO (I) CONFIRM THAT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE SERVICE AND SUITABLE FOR ITS USE; AND (II) ADOPT REASONABLE PROTECTION AGAINST HARMFUL PROGRAMS OR DEVICES, INCLUDING ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE INSTALLATION.
15. Gambling by Those Under Age
15.1. Your Account will be suspended and locked against new bets and withdrawals if we suspect, or receive information, that you are currently under 18 or that you were under 18 or the applicable age of majority when you placed Service bets. An investigation will follow, including into whether you were acting as an agent or otherwise wagering for a person under 18 or below the legally applicable age of majority. If that investigation establishes that (a) you are presently underage; (b) you were under 18 or below your applicable age of majority at the time in question; or (c) you wagered as an agent for, or at the direction of, someone under 18 or below the applicable age of majority, the following applies:
- We will retain any winnings already in your Account or still due to be credited.
- Any winnings made through the Service during underage play must be returned to us when demanded. Failure to repay will lead us to seek the costs of recovering the money; and/or
- At our sole discretion, deposits that do not constitute winnings will be refunded OR kept until your 18th birthday. The refund may be reduced by payment transaction charges, including deposit fees that we previously paid.
15.2. Being over 18 does not remove this condition if you place bets in a jurisdiction whose legal gambling age is higher and you have not yet reached it.
15.3. Suspected contravention of this Clause, or suspected fraudulent reliance on it, allows us to take all necessary investigative action, including contacting appropriate law enforcement bodies.
16. Fraud
Customers who commit fraud, dishonest acts, or criminal acts will face our pursuit of criminal and contractual sanctions. Suspicions of any of these activities will cause payments to the Customer to be withheld. The Customer is required to indemnify us and, upon demand, cover every cost, charge, and loss incurred or sustained as a direct or indirect consequence of that fraud, dishonesty, or criminal conduct. Recoverable amounts include direct, indirect, and consequential losses, together with damage to profit, business, and reputation.
17. Intellectual Property
17.1. Using the Company’s name or logo without permission may prompt legal proceedings.
17.2. All rights between you and us to the Service, its technology, our software and business systems (the “Systems”), and our odds are exclusively ours. Commercial exploitation of your personal profile for your own benefit is prohibited; selling a status update to an advertiser is one example. We can withdraw or reclaim an Account nickname whenever we believe doing so is appropriate.
17.3. Our URL, trademarks, trading names, trade dress, and logos (“Marks”), as well as our odds, must not be used with someone else’s product or service, in a manner likely to create confusion among Customers or the public, or in a manner that disparages the Company.
17.4. Only the permissions expressly stated in these Terms are granted. We and our licensors reserve all rights, licences, title, and interests in the Systems and Marks, and give you no other express or implied entitlement to them. Monitoring or copying Service webpages or content with either manual or automated devices is prohibited. We may bring legal action for unauthorised reproduction or use.
18. Your License
18.1. Compliance with these Terms entitles you to a restricted, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for personal purposes without commercial use. The licence cannot be transferred or sublicensed. It expires when the agreement between you and us under these Terms ends.
18.2. Apart from material that is your own, you may not alter, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, make derivative works from, or exploit in any other way the Service, its content, or the software it contains, unless these Terms or the Website expressly authorise it. Material or information found on the Service or made available in relation to it must not be modified, merged with other data, or published in any format. Screen and database scraping are included in this prohibition, as are other activities aimed at gathering, storing, reorganising, or manipulating that content or information.
18.3. Failure to observe this Clause may infringe our intellectual property and proprietary rights or those of a third party, with possible civil liability and/or criminal prosecution as a result.
19. Your Conduct and Safety
19.1. For the safety of you and other Customers, we strictly prohibit any posting of content or conduct connected with such content and/or the Service that is unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable in any respect. These activities are referred to as “Prohibited Behaviour”.
19.2. Engaging in Prohibited Behaviour, or our determination at our sole discretion that you are doing so, can lead to immediate loss of your Account and/or access to or use of the Service without warning. You may also face legal action from us, another Customer, other third parties, and/or enforcement authorities because of that behaviour.
19.3. Examples of Prohibited Behaviour include using or accessing the Service for any of the following purposes:
- Circulating or promoting information that you know is misleading, false, or unlawful.
- Undertaking illegal or unlawful conduct, including furthering or promoting criminal activity or an enterprise, infringing the privacy or other rights of a Customer or another party, or making or spreading computer viruses.
- Causing harm to a minor in any way.
- Supplying or transmitting material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, objectionable on racial or ethnic grounds, or otherwise objectionable.
- Providing content that law or a contractual or fiduciary relationship gives you no right to provide, including content that violates someone else’s copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
- Making available or sending content with a software virus or any other computer or programming code, including HTML, intended to interrupt, destroy, or modify the operation or presentation of the Service or another website, computer software, or hardware.
- Disrupting, interfering with, or reverse engineering the Service by any method. This includes interception, emulation, or redirection of our communications protocols; creation or use of cheats, modifications, hacks, or other software intended to change the Service; and software that intercepts or gathers information from or through it.
- Using a robot, spider, or other automated process to retrieve or index information from the Service.
- Taking part in conduct that, in our sole, absolute, and unrestricted discretion, does or could result in another Customer being scammed or defrauded.
- Sending or supplying unauthorised or unsolicited advertisements or bulk messages, including junk mail, instant messaging, “spim”, “spam”, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and other solicitations.
- Creating Website Accounts through automation or on a false or fraudulent basis.
- Posing as another Customer or third party, or performing any other act we reasonably consider inconsistent with our business principles.
These examples do not constitute a complete list, and we may amend the list whenever necessary or from time to time. We reserve the power to investigate and take any measures we deem appropriate or necessary in our sole judgement, including removal of a Customer’s posts and/or Account termination. Action may be taken, with or without notice, against a Customer or third party who participates directly or indirectly in Prohibited Behaviour, or knowingly allows another party to participate directly or indirectly in it.
20. Links to Other Websites
Links supplied through the Service may lead to independent third-party websites that are not maintained by us, related to us, or under our control. They are offered as a convenience only. We do not investigate or monitor them, nor check whether their content is accurate or complete. Their inclusion signifies neither endorsement of nor affiliation with those sites, their content, or their owners. We cannot control and accept no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility, or usefulness. Before using such a website, you should take the ordinary precautions associated with visiting a new site, including checking its privacy policy and terms of use.
21. Complaints
21.1. Direct any concerns or questions about the Terms to Customer Service using the Website’s links. All correspondence with us should use your Registered Email Address.
21.2. DESPITE THE FOREGOING, NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY IS ACCEPTED BY US FOR A RESPONSE TO A COMPLAINT RECEIVED BY US OR FOR ANY ACTION CONNECTED WITH THAT COMPLAINT.
21.3. A Customer unhappy with the way a bet was settled should send the particulars of the grievance to Customer Service. We will endeavour reasonably to answer within several days and, in all cases, aim to respond to these enquiries within 28 days after receipt.
21.4. You have three (3) days from the date a wager is decided to lodge a dispute about it. After that deadline, a claim will not be honoured. Responsibility for Account transactions remains solely with the Customer.
21.5. Customer Service will seek an agreed resolution whenever a dispute arises between you and us. If agreement cannot be reached at that level, management will receive the escalated dispute.
21.6. After all attempts to settle the matter satisfactorily for the Customer have failed, the Customer may exercise the right to arbitration.
22. Assignment
Assignment by you of these Terms or any rights or duties under them requires our written consent in advance, which will not be withheld unreasonably. Your consent is not needed for us to assign some or all of our rights and duties to another party capable of providing substantially the same quality of service. Such an assignment will be made by posting written notification on the Service.
23. Severability
A finding by a competent authority that part of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid will require that provision to be adjusted. The adjustment must preserve the original intention as far as applicable law allows while making the provision enforceable. The other provisions remain valid and enforceable despite that finding.
24. Breach of These Terms
If, in our reasonable judgement, you violate a material term, we may suspend or end your Account and refuse further provision of the Service without notifying you beforehand. This does not limit our other remedies. We will, however, give you prompt notice of any such action once taken.
25. General Provisions
25.1. Term of agreement. For as long as you use or access the Service, remain a Customer, or visit the Website, these Terms continue in full force. They also continue to survive termination of the Account for any reason.
25.2. Gender. A reference in the singular extends to the plural, and the reverse also applies. Masculine terms encompass feminine and neuter terms and vice versa. A reference to persons covers individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organisations, and corporations.
25.3. Waiver. Conduct or any other act by us cannot create a binding or effective waiver of an actual or threatened breach of the Terms unless the waiver is written and duly signed by us. A written waiver is confined to the particular breach waived unless its wording provides otherwise. Choosing not to enforce a term at a given time does not amount to abandoning that term or the ability to enforce it at a later time.
25.4. Acknowledgement. Further access to or use of the Service confirms your reading, understanding, and acceptance of every paragraph of these Terms. Accordingly, you irrevocably give up any later argument, claim, demand, or proceeding that contradicts anything stated in them.
25.5. Language. Where an English version and another language version of these rules are inconsistent, the English text is deemed the correct version.
25.6. Governing Law. The law in effect in the State of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros exclusively governs these Terms.
25.7. Entire agreement. With respect to your access to and use of the Service, these Terms constitute the whole agreement between us. They supersede every prior oral or written agreement and communication concerning the same subject matter.
